1. How do I open an account?
- Simply drop us an email along with the required documents and we’ll get back to you with your newly opened Yongan account!

2. What products we offer?
- We offer full access to all major futures exchanges including the Chinese exchanges.
- The only asset class we do not offer is cryptocurrency futures due to its highly volatile nature.
3. What Chinese Exchanges and Products are available to international traders?
- Chinese regulators have been rapidly expanding the number of products made available to international traders. These are the current internationalized products as of Jan 2024:

4. How do I fund my account?
- Fund your account with the currency of your choice via fund transfer to our dedicated banking account.

5. How do I make withdrawals?
- Fill up our withdrawal form and send it to us.

6. Can my Yongan Hong Kong/China account be used to trade in Singapore?
- Yongan Singapore is a separate entity from Hong Kong and China, therefore a new account must be created to trade under Yongan Singapore.
7. Would Yongan Close My Account If I’m Inactive?
- Yongan International Financial (Singapore) Pte Ltd reserves the right to close any dormant account which has been inactive for 6 consecutive months. A notice will be sent to you 2 weeks prior to your account closure.
8. What are your operating hours?
- Office hours are from 9am to 6pm
- Dealing team is available 24/7 on weekdays for trading support.
9. Does Yongan Singapore Support Physical Delivery?
- Yes, please contact our dealers for more information.
10. What trading platforms do you offer?
- We currently offer E-sunny and Trading Technologies (TT).
