- Account Opening form
- FATCA Tax Declaration form
- CRS Entity Self Certification form
- CRS Controlling Person Self Certification form
- Form W-8BEN
- AML Questionnaire(only for FIs)
- PDPA Consent form
- Notice to Accredited Investors form (Opt-in)
- Risk Warning Statement form
- Board Resolution for the opening of trading account with Yongan International Financial (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.

Step 2
Alongside the forms, you’ll need to gather specific documents listed below to verify your identity and address. Make sure these documents are current and clearly legible to meet our verification standards.
- Certification of Incorporation/Registration
- List of Authorized Signatories and specimen signatures
- List of Authorized Dealers / Traders
- Latest Audited Financial Statements or Annual Report
- Shareholding Chart on Company letterhead
- Copies of NRIC/ Passport of all Directors, Authorized Signatories, Authorized Traders, and Shareholders
- Residential Address proof of all Shareholders and Directors
- Memorandum and Articles of Association
